A place for everyone to feel safe and heard:)
A place for everyone to feel safe and heard:)
For ages, the word "witness" has carried a profound weight in my heart. It serves as a daily reminder that I am here not only to witness the incredible work God has done in my life but also to share that testimony with others, revealing who He is to as many people as possible. This reminder also calls me to humility, reminding me that I am not called to be the judge—God alone holds that role.
Hebrews 12:1-2 beautifully encapsulates this truth:"Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God."
I long to be part of that "great cloud of witnesses" listed in Hebrews 11, where individuals, by faith, each have a story—a testimony of God's faithfulness. Each person’s life becomes a living witness to His goodness, mercy, and grace.
Welcome to my blog! I’m Kylee Carter, and I created this space to answer questions about faith, offer encouragement, and give people a voice to share their stories and feel heard. My heart is for those who are hurting, for the broken who need someone to listen and love them. I believe that everyone deserves a place to belong, and my hope is that this blog will be a source of support and inspiration for you.
I’m currently studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, while achieving two minors in Christian Studies and Business Administration. I have a huge passion for missions and children. This passion drives me to make a difference, whether it's through volunteer work or simply being a friend to those who need it most. I also love sports, connecting with new people, and exploring the ways faith intersects with everyday life.
Thanks for joining me on this journey. I pray that as you read and engage, you'll find encouragement, hope, and a reminder that you are loved.
